Who we are
This website, https://justpaypostage.co.uk, is operated by JustPayPostage. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@justpaypostage.co.uk.
Information we collect
- The calculator: sizes, weights and destinations you enter are processed entirely in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored by us.
- Emails: if you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we delete them when no longer needed.
- Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited time.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google AdSense to show adverts, which helps keep this site free. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent using a consent message provided by Google before these cookies are set. You can change your choices at any time using the "Privacy settings" link at the bottom of every page.
You can learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are popular). This uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and the pages you visit. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent where required; until you consent, analytics runs without cookies.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, the retailer may use a cookie to record that you came from our site so that we can earn a commission. This does not cost you anything extra.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to its use. Contact us at hello@justpaypostage.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Managing cookies
Visitors in the UK, EU and Switzerland are asked for consent before advertising or analytics cookies are used; until you choose, Google's tags run with cookies switched off. To change your choice at any time, use the Privacy settings link at the bottom of every page. If that link doesn't open a message (for example because an ad blocker is running), you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings instead. The calculator and all content work without cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
